The DiMarzio Tone Zone is a brilliantly high-output pickup, yet it delivers tremendous dynamic range — pick softer, and the notes are cleaner and quieter, then throw on some harder shredding, and you’ll get a ton of fat power. DiMarzio’s Air Norton began as a bridge humbucker for high-gain amps with a distinctive sound, but it soon found favor as a pretty cool neck pickup as well. The magnetic structure is designed to reduce string pull, which improves sustain, and it yields picking attack and dynamics that are easily controlled and expressive.

The DK24-7 NOVA Angel Vivaldi Signature Pro-Mod’s neck and fretboard are spec’d to meet the demands of technical players. The Charvel speed neck is built from three pieces of maple and is graphite-reinforced for a lifetime of rock-solid dependability. A heel-mounted spoke wheel facilitates speedy truss rod adjustments, while four heavy-duty bolts provide superior sound transmission from the neck to body.
